Please Note: This 'How To' is strictly for educational purposes only. This tutorial will provide you with the steps on how to gain access to pretty much any LOW security website. If you read this article you do not immediately become a hacker. You MUST explore your skills and practice, practice, practice.
EditSteps
- 1Join a hacking community. This will give you your Hacker ID and give you access to Hacking software developed by Hackers themselves. The creators of this website have made special missions to help you practice your skills and provide a ranking system to show how your reputation elevates from Script Kiddie to Elite.
- 2When you've found a website that has, what you think, is Low level security try the 'front door' before the usually hidden 'back door'. Many Script Kiddies immediately open up the Source Code and start trying to find a hidden way through, but why? Start off by trying the most commonly used passwords.
- 3Some website programmers, mainly noobs, leave the administrators password in the source code as a comment. Look for anything written in green, the password could be anything from a random word or a mix of numbers and in worse case scenarios - both. To view the page source code, just click: View > Page Source
- 4If step three fails, you may have to start searching for the password file. You can start by typing: CTRL+F > password.php. If this fails then there is going to be a lot of searching. Try starting off with the smallest files because the password will be made up of Numbers and Letters meaning the file will be small.
